Urbana’s 6 month winter and spring indoor Farmer’s Market. Here, you will find an assortment of the best fresh produce, baked goods, meats, cheeses, arts and crafts and so much more! So this year, invest in your community and help our very own entrepreneurs thrive by SHOPPING LOCAL at Market IN the Square. By shopping local you help create jobs, make Urbana a destination, strengthen your community, and most of all it’s fun! So, join us for Urbana’s Market IN the Square, November through April.

Vendors

Fee Structure:

  • Daily Drop-in Rate

    • $35 - per single 10'x10' space

    • $10 - per additional 5' of space

  • Full Season Rate (24 weeks/24 market dates)

    • $612 - per single 10'x10' space
      this includes all application and electricity fees.

    • Full season vendors will be highlighted on our Website and Social Media.

    • $10 - per additional 5' of space

NOTE: Full Season payments must be received by November 1, 2018.  If full payment is not received by that date, then the vendor will be re-invoiced at the daily drop in rate for all market dates.

  • Additional Fees

    • $20 Application Fee

    • $5 Electric Fee Per Market

  • Spring Edition Bundle:

    • Vendors who sign up for 6 or more Spring dates will be have their application fee waived and will get $10 off all Spring Saturdays. For a total of $25 per Saturday.

    • Spring Edition Bundle vendors will be highlighted on our Website and Social Media.

Discounts available:

  • UBA Member discount - UBA members will receive a 25% discount per Market they attend. 

  • Full Season Rate and UBA Member Discounts CANNOT be combined.

Note: Vendors may select any or all dates to participate in the Market (1-24 Market dates.) All market dates are optional.
